BBQ pulled beans

 

Comforting and delicious. Our smokey BBQ pulled makes for a great main meal or side dish.

 Ingredients:  Method:

 - 280g pulled

 - 1 tin chopped tomatoes 

 - 1 red onion – sliced

 - 1 red pepper – sliced

 - 1 garlic clove – minced or crushed

 - 1 tbsp smoked paprika

 - 1 tbsp chilli powder

 - 1 tin haricot beans

 - 1 tin cannellini beans

 - Salt & pepper to taste

  1. Heat 1 table spoon of your favourite oil in a large saucepan over a medium heat.

  2. Add the onions and cook for 5 minutes, or until they start to turn golden.

  3. Add the pepper, garlic, smoked paprika & chill and cook for a couple of minutes.

  4. Tip in the tinned tomatoes & beans, cook for 5-7 minutes.

  5. Reduce the heat and stir in the Pulled Oumph!, let simmer for 10 minutes.

  6. Serve on some sourdough bread, if you’re feeling fancy, poach or fry an egg on the top. Enjoy!
